Welcome to Downtown District 2, the first subterranean level of downtown is still quite well maintained, the streetlights still work, the power only fails rarely. The streets are clean and well kept as SLA ops and Shivers are happy to patrol here. Its citizens feel safe, but even here there is danger.
The Serial killer "White Wraith" prowls the streets and alleys of District 2, killing anyone that fits its twisted version of a victim. Crime is rife with gang culture a pervasive influencer throughout the districts. The largest gang being Krosstown Traffic, but other smaller gangs claim neighbourhoods as their domains.
Behind this facade of normality swirls even more peril as dream entities slowly infest areas of District 2, Sector 12 and have begun awakening and hunting victims. Entire Apartment blocks suffer horrific nightmares for weeks at a time, then the horror truly begins as the entity amasses enough power to manifest and hunt.
Collateral threats also surface now and then in the Sector, with minor incursions of Carrien reported on an almost monthly basis. Rumours of cannibals have reached the ears of SLA and are being investigated, but by far more dangerous are the machinations of the D-NOTICE cult.
For some reason the Financier Operative Grello Lock has taken an interest in District 2 and is directing all the squads he oversees into the Area, taking BPN after BPN as long as the location is Downtown District 2.
After an unfortunate incident at District 2, Sector 12, Block 9, the survivors were formed into a Squad by none other than Financier Operative Grello Lock. Little did he know that a Blue BPN for Street Maintenance would create such a lucrative arrangement and a rise to fame so quickly........

Paper work, paper work, paper work. For the most, this can be the most soul destroying part of all jobs. However, Squad Leader Tikki takes a strange and unusual delight in completing full reports after each shift or completion of BPN to provide updates of Stormernites activities to Financier Operative Grello Lock and Station Analysis. Remember.... some reports may require a certain clearance level before accessing. If you do not have the required Security Clearance Level, be prepared to be D-NOTICED.
OBSIDIAN BIRDS AND BLADES - In Episode 4, the Stormernite Squad executes a RED BPN to eliminate a Manchine currently tearing its way through residents in Block 23. Will the Operatives survive the carnage, or will the manchine be wearing their skins like a brand new suit?
FIGHT 'N' FLIGHT - In Episode 3, The Stormernites continue their encounter with the Krosstown Traffic Gang. Will the Stormernites Squad be able to overcome not only the Krosstown Traffic on their own turf, but also the infamous Prop known as 'Spooky' who has been hired by the gang to slay them.
ON THE DARK RADAR - In Episode 2, the Stormernite Squad inducts a new member and prepares to continue their Blue BPN Street Maintenance assignment. However, a dark plot diverts their plans to patrol Sector 12.
MAC THE KNIFE - In Episode 1, the Stormernite Squad is formed under Lock Incorporated. The SLA Operatives first assignment, Street Maintenance on a Blue BPN. Will the Stormernite Squad successfully complete their first day, or like others before them, be used as initiation bait for the local gang.
DREAM A LITTLE DREAM - In Episode 0, SLA Industries have an influx of freshly qualified Operatives from Meny, requiring them to reclassify Hatherton Halls in Downtown District 2, Sector 12, as Operative Housing. D NOTICE ISSUED.
